The relationship you already have
- 01The CEO, the executive team, or the board
- 02Where you already see value the client is not using
- 03A client who already takes your advice
They need an answer on AI, and they will buy it from someone they already trust. Sell it yourself: where AI belongs, one workflow in production, then an ongoing engagement, under a co-brand. You stay their advisor. They pay you.
Free. Twenty minutes. Bring a question a client already asked. No preparation.
Linden Advisory can answer what you should do about AI
You already bring us the hard questions. If you are deciding where AI belongs in the work, we can answer that too. One recommendation, one workflow, then an ongoing engagement.
Clients already ask you these, inside work you are already doing.
What should we actually do about AI?
The board asked for a point of view. Can you give it?
We bought the tools. Nothing in the work has changed.
An outside firm wants to be our AI advisor. Should we let them?
Where does this belong in the business, and where should we leave it alone?
Can you stay with this after the recommendation?
They will get an AI answer from someone. The choice is whether that someone is still you.
You make the introduction. We do the build under a co-brand. Your practice shares in the fee.
You bring it into the engagement you already have, on your paper, at your price. We join the meeting. We build, unless the client’s team should.
A dedicated strategist beside the practice, for a firm with a deeper book. Joint planning and negotiated economics.
Wholesale prices. What your practice pays us. You charge the client more and keep the difference. Each figure is a starting price, not a cap. If the right answer is not a build, the assessment says so. You do not sell a pilot to justify the work.
Where that client should use AI, and equally importantly, where they should not. Two or three weeks, ending in one recommendation you can defend with the executive team.
Applied in full to the first month if they start an ongoing engagement within 30 days.
Six to eight weeks. One workflow, with written success criteria. We build it. If the client has a team that should own the build, they can.
A fractional chief AI officer, plus the execution. Strategy, the builds, and keeping what is live. It sits next to the advisory relationship.
A different first step
Thirty days. A leadership team using AI on their own work: a short prep, a 3-hour session, then support through day 30. Each leader leaves with an assistant, guardrails, and a short plan. Up to 6 leaders. A second session or a larger team is priced above that.
Credited in full if they move into an ongoing engagement within 30 days of the check-in.
Building your own delivery team is a hire, and a long wait before the first fee. Here, nothing is fixed to start. You begin with clients who already pay you. In a practice of about twelve, two assessments is the first-year shape we use. Wholesale on those two is $12k. You bill above that and keep the difference. One may become a pilot. One may become an ongoing engagement.
A Revenue Map replaces this sketch with your clients. The figures above are wholesale starting prices. You set the client price above them.
They already take the judgment seriously. That is why they hired you. What they may not believe is that the advisory practice is now also a delivery firm. The co-brand keeps those roles apart: your name on the advice, ours on the build. We join the first conversations so the client hears both.
You do not get one. The practice stays advisory. We do the build. You review it before the client sees it, and nothing ships without your approval.
The answer is still yours. What is usually missing is one workflow in production, with a written definition of done, and someone who stays on it after the meeting. That is the part we handle, so the client still hears it from you.
Then that is the recommendation. The assessment ends in one next step. If the value is not a workflow, you do not sell a pilot to justify the partnership.
No. We never go after your clients. Your clients are never our prospects, except companies we already work with, which we disclose up front. That holds during the work together and for 12 months after. We only work your book through you.
The person who already buys your advice. This is not a separate technology project looking for a new sponsor. It is scoped to the work you are already in, with the CEO, the executive team, or the board.
You do not need one. You open it inside engagements you already have. We prepare the materials and join the first conversations. You decide what the client hears.
Twenty minutes. Bring the question. If it is worth selling, we map which clients to start with. The map is yours either way.
Free. No preparation. Starts with a short alignment call.
Twenty minutes to see whether you should be the one who answers it. If you should, we book the Revenue Map next: which clients to take it to first. If the right answer is not a build, we will say so.
Already clear you want the working session?
No prep either way. The map is yours to keep.
A calendar invite is on its way. We’ll talk through whether a Revenue Map is worth running on your clients.
