Privacy Policy
Outsized Outcomes (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use outsizedoutcomes.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide and limited technical data needed to run the site.
- Inquiry details. When you submit the AI Revenue Map form, we collect your work email, firm name, and approximate client-book size, plus any message you include.
- Contact details. If you email us, we receive whatever you send (typically your name, email address, and the content of your message).
- Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser type, and referral source). Analytics is configured with a standard Google tag; we do not use it to build marketing profiles of individual visitors beyond what Google Analytics provides.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may process standard server logs such as IP address, request path, and timestamp to operate and secure the site.
How we use information
- Respond to partner inquiries and schedule AI Revenue Map sessions
- Operate, secure, and improve the website
- Understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site
- Comply with legal obligations when required
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use inquiry form data for third-party advertising.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, under obligations to protect it:
- Formspree — processes lead-form submissions so we can receive and respond to them
- Google Analytics — measures site usage
- Vercel — hosts the website
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Outsized Outcomes, our partners, or others.
Client and engagement data
When we work with partner firms and their clients under a separate engagement, client data is handled under that engagement’s terms (and the client’s terms, where applicable). Client data stays in the client’s environment wherever possible. This website privacy policy covers the marketing site and inbound inquiries, not those engagement-specific arrangements.
Cookies and similar technologies
Google Analytics may set cookies or use similar technologies to distinguish visits. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not uniformly honored across the web; we do not currently respond to them in a special way beyond the practices described here.
Retention
We keep inquiry and correspondence data as long as needed to respond and maintain an ordinary business relationship, then delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed, unless a longer period is required by law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a small professional-services business. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; if you believe your information has been compromised in connection with our site, contact us.
Children
This site is directed at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you from site inquiries by emailing hello@outsizedoutcomes.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law; we will respond as required.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
